“It's been nearly 3 months since we had the security roller shutter fitted as our garage door and we are just as pleased as the day it was fitted. I don't think a day passes without a comment on its effectiveness and simplicity. It certainly suits our purpose. If you have any other clients or prospective clients who would like to see how a roller shutter works as a garage door give us a call and you are welcome to bring them to our house. Of course the roller shutters on the three windows are wonderful too, not only as security shutters but during this last winter we have noticed a difference in the retaining of heat in the house. This will be great for summer as well. Could you pass on our thanks to the fitters who did a great job, they were courteous and left the job site tidy! “I would just like to say how impressed I have been with every member of your team that arranged for the fitting of security screens and doors to my home at Unit 8 Bristol Heights, 31 Bristol Avenue, Bicton. Initially I tried to get 3 quotes. The first one would not measure for the french windows because they opened out and he told me it would be too hard and walked out. I rang him up and asked him to quote for the windows and front and back door. He came back and told my friend he still was not going to quote for the french windows!! The second company said they were too busy really, couldn't do anything till after Christmas but if I really wanted a quote they would get someone out. It was arranged for 7.30 a.m. before I went to work but he never turned up. When I finally rang your company, Maxine answered the phone - very bright, cheerful, friendly and accommodating. I asked if you could fit the clear screen security doors to the French Windows and she checked and came back with a 'yes'. She then arranged a suitable time etc. She was like a breath of fresh air after the other 2 companies. I couldn't be there when the representative called, so a friend opened up the house. Dominic rang me twice at work to clarify certain details which was great and he was very helpful. The quote arrived - I had had second thoughts on a couple of things and Dominic changed the quote and I sent it back signed. I was told it would be approximately 3 weeks till it could be done because of the doors being made up but still well before Christmas. 10 days later Sandra rang to say they were all ready to come and do the work. Again Sandra has a lovely manner on the phone and is very helpful and friendly. Mark came out to fit the doors etc. and was brilliant. He not only fitted all the screens and doors but also relocated the front door bell and fixed one of the French windows which hadn't closed properly for ages. I really want you to know how easy your team made it for me and what a fabulous job they all did. I would and have already recommended your company to anyone I know who needs this sort of work done. “Just a short note to say thank you to you and the team at Aus-Secure for a job well done and if at any time I have the opportunity to recommend your company to friends and relatives 1 certainty will and advise them also of the high level politeness, service delivery and just plain old efficiency that seems to be the watchword of the company. I don't think that in the past 40 years or so of dealing with service providers covering a spectrum of products have 1 come across a firm that was able to deliver service on a next day basis after acceptance of the quote. Talking about quotes I had contacted with several other firms when chasing around after a price and was told, sometimes flatly, the price was whatever. At no time with exception of yourself was I advised that there may be an exception in that the product I had may require modification and to my surprise you even offered to send a representative to have a look and measure up and give a set price per shutter. On receipt of your written quote I was able to make an informed decision and accept your quote. Mind you your quote was by far the cheapest so one would wonder what is their mark-up? Even the tradesman (Rodney) turned up well before the appointed time, which in itself was unexpected but appreciated. We are contemplating approaching your firm at a later stage to further extend our security requirements simply based on this experience Please accept my thanks for the friendly and efficient manner in which you go about your business.
